
How To Use Your Grains
Sow Your Oats can be prepared as breakfast gruel: 2 parts water to 1 part meal—serve to taste. Use as a facial/body scrub: add enough very warm water to meal to make desired consistency—mix in blender to smooth paste, apply to skin at lukewarm temp, using gentle circular motions—leave on as long as you like for nourishing action—rinse (don’t forget drain sieve). For bath: add ½ to whole pack to muslin diffuser—drop in bath. Adding a little milk (goat, soy, almond, or cow) to any of these uses takes these grains to the tippy top!
